How do I change my payment information?

Change your card on file by logging in at www.waitlst.me and going to the Account page. Select the Edit Payment button (towards the bottom of the page) and enter your new credit card information. 

If you have multiple locations and need a different card on file for each location, you'll want to use a login that is unique to each location to enter/update each card. In our system a credit card is attached to the user's login, and each login can only have one card on file at a time. Using a unique login on each location can avoid having charges go to the wrong location's card. You can also have admin logins that are on multiple accounts. See more on managing multiple places with different cards here

If you received a noticed that your card failed once, you have a few days to update the card. Our system will automatically try in the morning 4 days after the initial failure. If it failed a 2nd time, our system would try again 3 days later. If the 3rd attempt isn't successful, the account would be downgraded. You will receive an email each time.
