Seeing a 'Customer ID already exists' error
In our system, a credit card is attached to a user's email, and in rare cases, an older account may see an error message saying that their Customer ID already exists when trying to add or change a credit card. If you are getting that message, you can send us an email at support@waitlist.me or toggle to the Ask part of this widget to let us know what email address you saw the error on, and we can resolve that for you. It may take us a little bit of time, however, so if you need the upgraded service immediately, the quickest way to turn it on, is to use a different email address to log in and add a new card. If you don't already have additional logins on the account, you can add one by going to Account > Users.
