Can I use multiple devices?

Yes, you can login to the app across different devices and through the website at the same time. As long as you have a good internet connection, everything will sync in real time. Below are some suggestions to help with syncing:

  • If using an iPad, make sure it's a newer iPad that is running the latest iOS. 
  • If using an Android tablet, generally the ones that cost less than $150 don't sync/perform well. (See more information on device recommendations here.)
  • Use the devices on wifi that isn't shared with customers. Multiple devices coming online can kick off other devices and lead to syncing issues.
  • Turn each tablet off and on once a week to help it to connect better.
