What's the 100 party limit?
The free version of Waitlist Me (Basic) was primarily designed to allow users to try out the core flows of the service in order to determine whether the service would be a good fit for a business. As such, it has limited customization options and was previously limited to use with up to 100 parties. While the Basic accounts have been updated to no longer include notifications rather than limit the number of parties served, the update may not have successfully been applied to your account, so you may be seeing a a message indicating that you have reached your 100 party limit (particularly if you had an account that was previously billed through invoice and then downgraded).
You have some options.
- You can continue using the service at the Basic level (with or without notifications). You can toggle over to the Ask part of this widget to send us a message or send an email to support@waitlist.me so we can manually adjust your account settings. Then, to continue with Basic and send notifications, you will need to add a prepaid balance for to your account.
- You could register for one of our paid subscriptions. All of our subscriptions allow you to add an unlimited number of guests to your waitlist and future reservations. As a reminder, here's a brief overview of what features are included in each tier (more details are on the pricing page):
- Premium: Core waitlist and Add Yourself features (letting guests join the list remotely). This page goes into the Add Yourself features, if that's an option you want to use.
- Pro: Streamlined table/resource management features, more restrictions for the Add Yourself features (blackout dates, limiting hours when guests can add themselves to the list).
- Platinum: Full floorplan features, as well as additional customization options. This quick video shows both table management options so you can see the difference.
You can choose a subscription or add a prepaid texting balance when logged into the website, on the Account page. If you previously had a subscription and need to change your card on file, there's an Edit Payment button on the Account page.
