Do you offer a free trial?

If you aren't sure if Waitlist Me would be a good fit for your business, toggle over to the Ask part of this widget to send us a message or email us at support@waitlist.me. We can turn on a one week free trial so you can test the full features. You'll need to set up an account first, which you can do on the website or by downloading the app. Then let us know what email address you used to set up the account so we can turn on the free trial.

Also let us know what subscription level you would like to try. Here is a summary of each service level to help you gauge which plan might best fit your needs:

- Premium: Basic waitlist and Add Yourself features (letting guests join the list remotely). This page goes into the Add Yourself features, if that's an option you want to use.

- Pro: Streamlined table/resource management features, more restrictions for the Add Yourself features (blackout dates, limiting hours when guests can add themselves to the list).

- Platinum: Full floorplan features, as well as additional customization options. This quick video shows both table management options so you can see the difference.
