Wait times are not correct
If the wait times on your main waitlist screen are not accurate (for example, each party is showing as waiting for an hour as soon as the are added to the list), a time zone setting is off either in your Waitlist Me account or one of your devices. On the website, you can go to Account > Settings to check the time zone for your account. If that is correct, you'll want to check the settings in each of your devices.
Although devices will update their displayed time if you move between time zones, the original setting on the device does not change. So for example, Apple devices specifically come set with a time zone for Cupertino, California. You can check or change your Apple device's setting by going to Settings > General > Date & Time > Time Zone to set that to your local time zone. Android users can check in a similar way by going to Settings > System > Date & Time.
