Do I need a SIM card?

You don't need a SIM card to use the Waitlist Me service, but you do need to have access to internet (to download the app from the app store or to use the web version of the service). If using the app on a tablet or mobile device, we suggest connecting to a WiFi network that is not shared with customers, as multiple devices coming online can kick off other devices. The app will work on cellular service, but it also isn't the best for maintaining consistent connectivity. 

Also you will want to use a newer device that can run the most updated operating system. For example, an old iPad 2 that can only run iOS 9.3.5 will not perform well.
