How do I set up business hours?

Pro & Platinum subscriptions allow you to set up Business Hours & Display Hours. 

Business Hours define the timeframes that reservations can be made in (usually this would match your hours of operation, or a limited subset of the hours your business is open). 

Display Hours control when the widget itself is available (visible to your visitors). This is designed to help control when customers can join the waitlist. For instance, maybe you don't want anyone joining the waitlist too close to closing time, you could set the display hours to end half an hour before your business closes. Additionally, if you plan to review reservation requests (versus having them automatically approved), setting up Display Hours can help ensure requests are received when staff will be available to accept/reject them. 

Blackout dates can also be set up to block off a whole day for reservations and/or waitlist entry. 

To adjust both of these settings, on the website go to Account > Settings > Add Yourself > Availability & Scheduling. 

On a related note, please ensure that your Waitlist Me account has the correct time zone listed, as that will affect business & display hours. In your online account, you can find that by clicking Account at the top, then settings on the left, and scrolling towards the bottom of that page.
