Public Display page not working
If your customers cannot check their place in line using the link provided in the confirmation text or your public waitlist display page link, double check to make sure you have the setting enabled. Online, click Account at the top of the page, then Settings on the left, then 'View' in the Public Waitlist Display section. There are Enabled & Disabled options. (If your customers are seeing a 404 Page Not Found error, then it is extremely likely this was set to Disabled.)
If the setting is already enabled, and the public waitlist page shows the header with your business name and the column titles for the waitlist but not any of the names on the list, it's likely you have the 'Table Headers' option set to 'Hide.' If so, choosing one of the other options will allow the names on your list to be displayed again.
If customers are having issues with the text message itself, check to make sure the confirmation text is turned on and that it contains the [link] variable. On the website go to Account > Settings > Notifications. Make sure the first option is set to either On or Ask Me. Also make sure the text has the [link] variable, which will autofill with a personalized link for each customer where their place in line is highlighted. Default options will also allow them to use buttons at the top of the page to say they're on the way after you've notified them, or to cancel if needed.
If you're seeing some other sort of error, please contact us at support@waitlist.me or toggle over to the Ask option at the top of this widget to send us a message. If possible, include a screenshot of what the error you're seeing.
