Parties disappearing
If you see an issue with parties disappearing from the waitlist, it is likely one of these things:
- You have auto-remove set to a short timeframe. The default is 5 hours, but your settings may have been adjusted to a shorter timeframe at some point. You can go to your main settings page to check this and change it to a longer timeframe if needed.
- If you're seeing requests from the widget disappear before you are able to accept/reject, you may need to set a longer timeframe for the automatic rejection of the requests. The default is 10 minutes. You can adjust this in your online settings under Account > Settings > Add Yourself > Approval & Confirmation. A Pro or Platinum subscription would allow you to set up scheduling rules so that you may be able to change your settings to auto-accept all widget entries.
- Google requests will automatically be accepted if they are not accepted/rejected within 10 minutes (and then the entry will go to the bottom of your waitlist).
- If you have a smaller tablet, you may see an issue where a user attempting to check off one party ends up checking off 2 at a time. To resolve this issue, have staff press in the middle of the party's row to open up that customer's Edit Party screen and check them off that way.
