What reports are available?

There are several types of reports available depending on which subscription you have. Here are the main ones available with all of the subscriptions:

Activity Overview: View the numbers of customers served and removed to spot trends in visits and walk-aways.

Demographics: See breakdowns by age and gender to better target specials to different groups of people.

Party Sizes: Find out more about the variations in your group size for optimizing your resources.

Add Yourself Logs: See data on groups that add themselves through your web widget, on-site kiosk, or Google Join Waitlist feature.

Activity Logs: Want to know more? Get all the data on customers served to run more custom analysis.

Pro & Platinum reports also have additional views into how long tables/staff/resources are occupied, as well as visibility into metrics for the Add Yourself features. 

Run reports by logging in to the website and going to the Analytics page. If you have multiple locations at different subscription levels, you would want to first go to My Places, choose a place, then go to the Analytics page to see the reports for that subscription level. On the Analytics page there is an option to choose Multi-Location reports to get insights for more than one place in the same report. 

Please note, none of the reports allow for exporting of phone numbers. 

To see status colors on reports, look for the Status column. The results will be in numbers and correspond to the order of the colors in the status menu. 

0 =  purple, 1 = red, 2 = yellow, 3 = green, 4 = orange, 5 = blue.
