Delete an account
If you created an account on accident, there's nothing you need to do to delete it. Whether you are a business or the customer of a business who mistakenly made an account, don't worry, we won't spam your inbox! The only emails we send are a confirmation email when you make an account and one 'tips' email a week later.
If you added any parties to the waitlist, you would then get a 'weekly summary' email, but no others going forward if the account isn't being used.
If you are a business using our service and you created a second account that you no longer need, just let us know the place name/address and we can remove it from your account. Or if you needed to remove another user's login from your account, you can do that on the website by logging in and going to Account > Users.
