How do I change demographics?

Demographics can be used during the process of adding parties to the list, and would then be visible on the main waitlist page. To enable/disable demographics, from the main waitlist page on the website click the gear icon (upper right), then click on "Adding Customers". Choose Simple, Full or Hide. (Simple demographics includes seniors and kids; full demographics also includes gender).

In the app you would go to the gear icon > Customization > Adding Customers to edit this selection.

If you've chosen to record demographics as you add customers, you can also have those appear on the main waitlist view. On the website under the gear icon, go to Waitlist View > Waitlist Info to select whether to display kids, seniors, both or neither on the list. In the app you would go to the gear icon > Customization > Waitlist View. Whatever demographics you choose to display would be shown in the party size column on the main waitlist display.
