How do I get a receipt?

You can access your receipts any time by logging in online at https://www.waitlist.me and going to the Account page. From there click the Billing History link on the right side of the page. If you have more than one location, start by going to My Places on the top right and selecting a location first. Then head to Account > Billing History. The dates on the left are hyperlinks that will open a PDF of your invoice. You can 'print to PDF' to save it.

If your login is the one associated with the card on file or if your card is used to pay multiple locations, you can also click Hello in the upper right, and then Billing History. You will see a summary of all of the charges to your card on file. (There's also a Download button at the top left to get a CSV file of all the charges.) If there are multiple users on the account and the card on file is entered under another user's login, you would not see their billing history here and would need to take the steps outlined in the first part of this article. 

If you need to change the company name/address on your invoice (for example, if you need a corporate address showing instead of the business location's address), you can do that in a few easy steps. Go to Hello (upper right) and select Edit Info, then Company Info. Enter the address you would like on the invoice and save it. Then on the Account page, select Billing History. Towards the upper right you'll see a menu for Invoice Address. Change that to Company. Then select one of the dated hyperlinks on the left to open an invoice, which will now show the updated address.
