The app says insufficient funds to send texts, please add balance

If you're in the US or Canada, there are a certain number of texts included in each subscription tier. Premium has 1,000, Pro has 2,500, and Platinum has 5,000. The balances will refresh every 30 days (same as the billing date for monthly subscriptions and every 30th day for annual subscriptions.)

Once you've used your balance, you can continue sending texts by adding a pre-paid texting balance to your account. You can also turn on Auto-Recharge to automatically add funds to your prepaid balance when it gets down to $2. The balance never expires and is refundable upon cancellation of your subscription. You can find these options on the Account page of the website. (If you have multiple locations, first go to the My Places page to choose a place, and then go to the Account page.)

If you're in the US seeing this message, and think it is a mistake, please be aware that some tablets running an older version of the app may incorrectly show this message if the settings don't all load correctly. Logging out and back in should correct the issue; deleting and reinstalling the app when you're not on a wait would also be helpful. (Deleting the app can clear out any data that may have previously gotten stuck, and will ensure you have the latest version.) In a pinch, you can use the service through the Waitlist Me website in the tablet's web browser to get you through your rush until you have a chance to update the app.

If you're in any other country, all texts are pre-paid. You can load your pre-paid texting balance by logging in at www.waitlist.me and visiting the Account page.
