Reservation times are not correct
If guests are receiving confirmation texts with reservation times different than what was entered in the app, there is a time zone setting off either on your mobile device or in your Waitlist Me account. While your device will typically display the current time of whatever time zone it happens to be in, the actual device settings often are preset to a certain time zone that doesn't automatically update/change. For example, many Apple devices come with a default time zone for PST.
Sometimes the Waitlist Me account time zone setting is not correct, so if you need to check or change your Waitlist Me's account time zone you can do that online under Account > Settings, or in the app under the gear icon > Help > Advanced Settings.
